WVU Medicine's Berkeley Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a dedicated PRN RN to join our ENT/Allergy team at the Dorothy A. McCormack Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia. As a PRN RN, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions, as well as allergies. You must have a current RN license in West Virginia or a multi-state license through eNLC, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
PRN schedules vary depending on the needs of the clinic. You will have the opportunity to discuss your availability with the Nurse Manager.
While not required, previous experience in ENT or Allergy is preferred.
We serve a diverse patient population with a wide range of ENT and Allergy conditions.

The nurse-to-patient ratio varies depending on patient volume and acuity. We strive to maintain a safe and manageable workload for our nurses.
New hires receive comprehensive orientation and training, including classroom instruction, clinical shadowing, and mentorship from experienced nurses.
Nurses are required to wear scrubs and closed-toe shoes.
We encourage nurses to participate in quality improvement initiatives and other special projects to improve patient care.
Time off requests are submitted through our scheduling system and are subject to approval by the Nurse Manager.
