Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or related field required with two (2) years experience OR High School Diploma with four (4) years of administrative experience.
While not required, experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
Healthcare Continuing Professional Development Associate Certificate and experience in adult education are preferred.
The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but may vary depending on the needs of the department.
