The minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations and one (1) year of professional Human Resources specializing in recruitment, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or other related degree and two (2) years of professional Human Resources specializing in recruitment, OR an Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or other related degree and four (4) years of professional Human Resources specializing in recruitment, OR a High School Diploma AND Ten (10) years of experience within Human Resources specializing in recruitment.
Preferred qualifications include Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification, LinkedIn Recruiter certificate, and recent work experience in a healthcare setting.
The core duties and responsibilities include performing activities related to the recruitment of qualified staff, developing and implementing recruitment plans, reviewing applications and resumes, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting candidate screens and interviews, compiling reports and analyzing statistical data, participating in career events, and coordinating the hiring process.
The salary range for the Recruiter position is estimated to be between $55,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
