As a Registered Nurse on the 7NE Orthopedics unit, your day will be dynamic and rewarding. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide education and support to patients and their families. You will also play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and preventing complications.

The requirements for this position include a current Registered Nurse license issued by the state of West Virginia or a current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC), certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire date, and less than 12 months of experience as a registered nurse. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN) is preferred.
The key responsibilities of this role include performing patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing wound care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
This position is for the dayshift.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 and $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
