Required Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state of West Virginia or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). (experience)
  • Obtain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire date. (experience)
  • Less than 12 months of experience as a registered nurse. (experience)
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills at the novice level necessary to provide care that is relevant to the patient(s) under their care. (experience)
  • Understanding of principles of growth and development over the life span. (experience)
  • Ability to assess and interpret patient data needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs. (experience)
  • Proficiency in performing patient assessments and documentation. (experience)
