Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a rewarding career opportunity? WVU Medicine is seeking a dedicated RN to join our 2N Telemetry Observation unit at Camden Clark Medical Center (CCMC). In this full-time, 7 PM shift position, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients. This role emphasizes the utilization of the nursing process, clinical expertise, and independent judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You'll work collaboratively with an interprofessional team to modify care plans, implement evidence-based practices, and educate patients and their families.
As an RN in our 2N Telemetry Observation unit, your day will be dynamic and patient-centered. You'll begin by receiving patient reports and assessing their current condition. Throughout your shift, you'll administer medications, monitor vital signs, interpret telemetry readings, and document patient information in our electronic health record system. You'll collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. You'll also provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, ensuring they are actively involved in their care.
