As an RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The minimum qualifications include a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or a multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, and less than 12 months of experience as a registered nurse.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
The duties and responsibilities include providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
