The Registered Nurse (RN) in the 4N Neuro/Ortho unit at Camden Clark Medical Center (CCMC) is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions. The minimum qualifications include a current Registered Nurse license issued by the state of West Virginia or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC), obtaining certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire date, and less than 12 months of experience as a registered nurse.
The preferred qualification is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN).
The core duties and responsibilities include demonstrating safety and continuity of care, creating plan of care using the nursing process, recognizing patient safety concerns, providing education based on unique learning needs of patient, and incorporating patient individuality & mutuality data in delivery of care.
This is a full-time position with a 7 PM shift.
The estimated salary range is $60,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
