- Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions, including CPR and defibrillation
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medication administration records and progress notes
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and patient safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
- Delegate tasks to other healthcare professionals as appropriate, and provide supervision and guidance
