  • Screen phone and face-to-face requests for senior/executive leadership
  • Assist in the coordination/scheduling for senior/executive, including standing meetings and meeting requests
  • Meet all assigned deadlines
  • Assist senior/executive in developing and gathering data for specific projects
  • Collect agenda items, prepare agendas, and compose minutes as requested
  • Collect information and create reports from established data and/or departments
  • Establish and maintain office files and records and assemble information from various sources
  • Archive files independently as appropriate
  • Print meeting materials and prepare meeting folders for internal and external meetings
  • Research and compile information as requested by senior/executive
  • Draft personal and business correspondence, letters, and memos as requested
  • Proofread all typed correspondence prior to submittal or distribution
  • Compile accurate statistical, financial, or unit activity data for department as assigned
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel reimbursements for signature
  • Participate in cross-training with other support staff in the hospital
