- Develops and maintains a centralized enterprise grant pipeline, tracking opportunities, timelines, internal approvals, submissions, awards, and reporting requirements.
- Serves as the primary point of coordination during grant development among clinical leaders, researchers, operational teams, finance, legal, compliance, philanthropy, and research administration.
- Coordinates closely with Finance to develop grant budgets and justifications.
- Works with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory and contractual adherence.
