Partner with market development (MD) teams to deliver targeted coaching and one-on-one feedback to frontline sales staff, such as merchandisers. Conduct effective weekly team meetings to align on goals, share best practices, and boost execution quality.
To succeed in this role, candidates need 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a significant portion in the FMCG industry.
