Key Responsibilities

As a Senior UX Engineer on Builder Copilot, your impact will span the entire product development lifecycle:

• Architect and implement React/TypeScript component libraries from Figma designs, ensuring pixel-perfect fidelity at scale
• Design complex interaction patterns blending conversational AI flows with traditional builder interfaces
• Champion WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility across all user journeys with proper ARIA implementation
• Prototype innovative AI-assisted creation experiences using advanced motion and real-time feedback
• Optimize performance for stateful workflows handling complex automation configurations
• Collaborate daily with Product Designers to evolve design systems and component guidelines
• Document patterns, tokens, and motion specs for consistent implementation across teams
• Partner with backend engineers to integrate AI APIs into seamless frontend experiences
• Conduct user testing and iterate rapidly based on real customer feedback
• Mentor junior engineers on design fidelity, accessibility best practices, and code maintainability

Qualifications

We're seeking engineers who live and breathe the intersection of design + code:

• 5+ years React/TypeScript experience with demonstrated production component libraries
• Proven track record translating Figma → production code at scale
• Deep expertise in accessibility (WCAG, ARIA) with real-world implementation examples
• Experience with complex builder tools or stateful workflow interfaces
• Strong visual design sensibility and animation expertise
• Comfort in ambiguous AI product spaces requiring rapid iteration

Salary & Benefits

Competitive senior-level compensation: $165,000 - $225,000 base + equity + bonus (depending on experience/location). Total compensation includes comprehensive benefits package.
