In recent years, I have gained extensive practical experience in the field of delivery and logistics. Responsibility, customer orientation, and resilience are among my core strengths, which I bring to my work daily. Since entering Germany in March 2023, I have continuously worked as a delivery driver – first at MIOD Logistics, most recently at Amazon SD Transport in Mannheim. My duties included the timely and careful delivery of shipments, efficient route planning, and friendly and professional interaction with customers. My strong local knowledge and reliable working methods have always helped to meet the expectations of my previous employers. Before moving to Germany, I worked for over five years in a family-run veterinary pharmacy in Kosovo. There, I took on tasks including sales, inventory inspection, order processing, and customer consulting. This activity significantly strengthened my organizational skills and communication abilities. With my Class B driver's license and my own vehicle, I am flexible and mobile. Additionally, I am currently pursuing further education in the technical field and completing an online course in HTML at Codecademy.
