Made sure afternoon and night time service ran smoothly with food being sent out promptly and up to high standards whilst monitoring quality and portion control Followed Health & Safety rules and regulations and comply with all necessary laws and acts. Learned stock control and stock rotation in the kitchen as well as injecting fresh ideas into the new menus. Worked with a college tutor once a week to gain a better insight into the dishes.
