RESUME AND JOBHaving around 8 years of experience in developing on-demand applications on the salesforce.com platform using Apex programming language, Flows, Flow Orchestration, and event-driven patterns with strong integrations (REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, External Services, Outbound Messaging). Having good experience in the development of Apex and VF Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future) for scalable processing. Experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation, Lightning Web Components, and support experience with the Salesforce platform; working cross-functionally with Product Owners (POs), Business Stakeholders, Architects, and QA in Agile/Scrum environments. Worked on Lightning Process Builder flows, Connect API, Chatter, and Quick Action, and migrating automations to Flows/Flow Orchestration with governance around error handling and retries. Experience in developing Triggers, classes, Workflows, Approval processes, assignment rules formation, Auto-response, email Handler, formula, and validation rules; bulkified trigger patterns with governor-limit safe SOQL/SOSL and platform cache where applicable. Having experience on roles and profile creation, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and field-level security (FLS) aligned to integration and event use cases. Having development experience on the batch Apex, and scheduled Apex; additionally, implemented Queueable and Future methods for background operations and scheduled jobs for time-based orchestration. Creation of Users, Roles and Profiles and applying securities at all levels; applied org security best practices to integrated endpoints (Named Credentials) and external callouts. Designing of an Application and Creating Objects with respective to the Application; data modeling for integration contracts and event payloads. Creating Tabs with respective to the Objects; exposed orchestration steps and integration status via LWC/Utility items. Designing of Page layouts and applying securities at Page layouts; introduced dynamic forms and visibility rules to align with Flow screens/orchestrations. Creating Validation Rules based on the requirement; added pre-integration validations and post-callout fault handling within Flows. Designing Workflow and Approvals on respective Objects; modernized to Flows/Flow Orchestration and integrated with Platform Events for approval notifications. Good knowledge in importing data with Import Wizard and Apex Data Loader mechanisms; leveraged Batch/Queueable for post-load normalization and integration syncs. Writing code for database-related operations such as SOQL, SOSL; optimized queries for bulk operations in async Apex and Flow data actions. Designing Triggers on various Objects with respective to the requirement; introduced trigger framework patterns, event publishing (Platform Events), and async chaining (Queueable). Ability to work in a team and individually with adaptability to any environment; collaborate daily with POs, Business Stakeholders, and QA to define acceptance criteria and test strategies under Agile. Worked on the designing of custom objects, custom fields, role-based page layouts, record types, and Flow-driven screen experiences aligned to process orchestration. Custom tabs, custom reports, report folders, design of Visual Force Pages, Dashboards, and various other components; added integration dashboards (API success/failure), async job monitoring, and event metrics. Conducts thorough QA and UI testing to catch and resolve interface or usability issues early in the development cycle; implemented unit tests for Apex/Flows, mocked callouts for integrations, and UAT with QA. Experience in test writing, deploying components, and issues resolution; hands-on with deployment tools, Git (feature branching/PRs), sfdx/CLI, ANT, and Change Sets-and CI/CD hygiene for integrated releases.

As a Salesforce Developer at KineticAl Inc., I design and deliver user-focused interfaces on the Salesforce platform. I build intuitive and responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) that enhance workflows and improve productivity. I collaborate with stakeholders and designers to translate business requirements into visually appealing and efficient Salesforce applications. I utilize SLDS, Lightning App Builder, and Aura Components to ensure consistent, accessible, and high-performing experiences across both desktop and mobile platforms. I also introduce Flow Orchestration for long-running processes, use Platform Events for event-driven patterns, and implement robust REST/SOAP integrations through Named Credentials and External Services within an Agile delivery model.

Campmor, Inc.
Campmor Inc. is a recreational equipment retailer that was established in Bogota, New Jersey, in 1978. The retail store, located in Paramus, New Jersey, offers a wide selection of products, including many items available online, as well as additional offerings. Campmor is an application developed to help Clients in reaching more customers and not to miss valid potential leads, and also to make the customer buying process more user-friendly and rapid, unlike their old website, which was not dynamic or user/client interactive, and it failed in providing much information about customer purchases and their preferences. But, in the background, this application tracks consumer purchases, their updated contact details, and tracks down their location of purchase, generates potential leads, creates contacts out of registrations, greets customers on their birthdays and anniversaries, and saves all this important information about consumers, which is treated as wealth by the client. Furthermore, the client is utilizing the information gathered from the application, which we developed for analytics, thereby helping them make their business decisions more effectively and intensively.
