Integration of BacNet based Siemens BMS system with Energy analyzers and energy meters on Modbus protocol. Preparation of Graphics of new installed IBAS system and upgradation of existing graphics. Prepartion of documentation and updating of tracking sheet of ELV system. Test BMS and ELV systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, Lighting control, access control, and PAVA systems, to ensure they function as intended. This includes signal testing, functional testing, and system integration testing. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues during testing and commissioning phases, such as communication faults or control logic errors in BMS and ELV systems. Installation Quality Inspection: Verify that the installation of cabling, sensors, controllers, and other BMS and ELV equipment aligns with approved drawings and specifications. Pre-commissioning Inspections: Conduct inspections before commissioning to ensure readiness, including checking wiring, configuration, and network connections. System Performance Verification: Perform regular system inspections to verify performance, ensuring that all components (e.g., fire alarm, access control) work correctly as integrated parts of the system. Working Lighting Control System and use the KNX actuator integrate BMS system.
