Expertise in CNC machining (Mills, Lathes, 5-axis equipment)

Proficiency in Mastercam or similar CAM software

Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation

Precision inspection with CMM, micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges

Leadership and team motivation in high-volume production

Knowledge of FAA, AS9100, and ISO quality standards

Problem-solving and root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why)

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, and safety protocols

Strong communication and collaboration skills

PC skills including ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP)
